Pearona and Cidona, iconic Mauritian beverages under the Phoenix Bev group, have been local favorites for over 60 years—cherished by the older generation and winning over the new.
FCBCREAD has managed this brand for over two years, and I had the opportunity to take the lead for a year. My role included client management, overseeing the creative team, content supervision, and design coordination.

With the digital strategy slowly becoming outdated, the challenge was to sustain the strong past results while developing a fresh strategy and social media guidelines to revitalize the brand

Solution
Two teams worked in parallel to keep the brand alive. The creative team stayed on top of local and international trends to keep the brand relevant, while simultaneously developing the new digital strategy.

Results
